I am a third generation AROK employee. I have also worked with three generations of ownership (the Coopers). I’m proud to call AROK home . They treat their employees great, and safety is always number one. When I run into issues onsite, our office is always there to support me in my decisions and help me work through issues to find the safest and best way.

In my 25+ years I have worked for AROK, I have been fortunate to have worked to with multiple generations. AROK has given me the opportunity to grow in my career professionally and personally. They have always made me feel like family and I’m thankful for the opportunity that AROK has given me.

My favorite thing about working at AROK is the supportive environment, which has helped a newcomer to the industry, like myself, to develop skills and grow as an individual.

I have worked 30 plus years in the industry from small single owner businesses to large nationwide corporations. AROK has exceeded in offering its employees the small family type attitude while also offering the financial growth and strength of a large corporation. I am proud to have 15 plus years with AROK and appreciate the family values and financial growth it has to offer.

I couldn’t be more grateful for my job and the community here at AROK. I had zero construction experience, but I had a passion to learn. AROK gave me an opportunity and spent the time to teach me from ground zero. Now I have a lifelong career and an amazing community to continue to learn and grow in.

I was told early on as a laborer that the best part about working for Arok are the endless opportunities they will provide you if you apply yourself. Now, 12 years later I am the Operations Manager. I honestly can’t imagine working for another company and intend on retiring with Arok. I feel confident in saying this is my dream job.
