Also a third generation AROK owner, Brent started as a part-time laborer while attending school before transitioning to a full-time career at AROK in 1994. Brent has worked all aspects of the business starting as an apprentice, then journeyman, estimator, project manager and for the last 16 years, Brent has served as the company’s President. After working in the industry for almost 30 years, Brent recognizes that the company’s success is a direct result of building and maintaining relationships with employees, customers and vendors. His priority on every project is constant communication from pre-construction to completion to ensure that each project will be done on time, within budget and exceed expectations. His collaborative approach is what appeals to customers, which is why he has relationships and repeat business going back several decades. Outside of the office, Brent spends time watching his daughters play soccer and dance, he snowboards and mountain bikes on the weekends. He has a passion for music and the arts and volunteers for the Phoenix Art Museum through the Men’s Art Council.
