Brian Cooper

Brian Cooper

Vice President of Field Operations

Brian is a third generation AROK employee. Starting out as an apprentice and laborer, his 30 years of first-hand experience in vertical construction come from having worked in every position at the company, which was led by his father, James Cooper, until his passing from cancer in 2007. “My grandfather and father inspired me, taught me that treating people with respect is mandatory, and that you can still do business with a handshake,” he says. Brian and his company aggressively pursue projects that assist in the fight against cancer as he has lost many friends and family from this disease.

As an active member of the industry, Brian has been the president of the Arizona Chapter of the American Subcontractor Association and President of the National Board of Directors, was recognized as an Honorary Commander from 2014 to 2016, and is currently Vice-Chair of the Blue Blazer Squadron at Luke Air Force Base.

Leadership

With a combined 80 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian, Brent and Scott have worked on high-profile projects across Arizona, California, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and more. They have weathered the challenges of multi-million-dollar projects with diverse environments, workforce and contractors. They are a team of top professionals in their field that have overcome great business and personal challenges and are proud to own and run a successful company of over 50 years.
