As Chairman of AROK, Scott Maki directs the leadership and management of the business strategic plan.  Scott started in the industry as an apprentice carpenter in 1984, rising through the ranks as estimator, project manager, general manager, president and company owner. This hands-on experience helped Scott develop a proven business model that is currently positioned to continue outperforming industry peers with metrics exceeding the Construction Financial Management Association “Best in Class”.

Scott is a firm believer in supporting his industry and community. He has served on both local and national boards for the American Subcontractors Association and The Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry.

In his free time, Scott enjoys family time, reading, hiking, travel and golf.

With a combined 80 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian, Brent and Scott have worked on high-profile projects across Arizona, California, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and more. They have weathered the challenges of multi-million-dollar projects with diverse environments, workforce and contractors. They are a team of top professionals in their field that have overcome great business and personal challenges and are proud to own and run a successful company of over 50 years.
